Requirements: 

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of public accounting experience
  • Hands on background in business tax returns, individual tax returns and local tax filings
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Experience working with small to medium size businesses
  • Strong skills in general accounting & tax return preparation is required

License:

  • An active CPA license is preferred 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required

A day in the life:

You love to:

  • Perform year-end accounting & tax engagements independently & efficiently
  • As an Accounting Supervisor, ability to provide leadership, supervision and training to team members
  • Provide consistent high-quality work product with attention to detail
  • Work independently with clients in their office to assist with month end/year end closing and accounting issues
  • Prepare tax returns and provide tax planning services
